Topped off with a introduction by Sarah Jessica Parker, Sex and the City: Kiss and Tell will excite anyone who has experienced even the slightest flirtation with the sexiest, funniest show on television.

Rating: - A fun read
The book took a little time to arrive which I wasn't expecting but it was well worth the wait!
Rating: - Did Amy Sohn even watch the show?
I have to agree with the reviewer below my post, did Amy Sohn even watch Sex and the City? In addition to the "Carrie is every guys dream girlfriend" line which the below reviewer cited, I found several other statements flat out wrong. In the description of Charlotte, Sohn says that Charlotte "bluntly told Harry he wasn't as attractive as her". WHAT? How can anyone who's ever watched the show get this wrong? Charlotte got upset at Harry for watching the Mets (on mute) while Charlotte was serving dinner -- her first dinner as a Jew, which she had put tons of work into. The dialog between them is priceless, "I gave up Christ for you, and you can't give up the Mets?" Harry: "Oh it's going to be a long life if you keep that up. 'I gave up Christ for you, take out the trash' ". A second issue I found was in the description of Richard Wright. Sohn says that in Atlantic City Richard "slipped up once again." We actually never have proof of this, only the hint AFTER Samantha leaves the hotel room. And just to be picky, before she leaves, she says "I love you. But I love me more." (And not "I love myself more"). If you're going to directly quote a show, get it right. I like the pictures, and the overviews of the episodes, but comon. At least watch the show before you try to review it.
Rating: - Excellent book.
Can't say I read the book myself, but my Girlfriend loved it. She was very happy with it; could not put it down until it was done. The seller had gotten it here quickly too. I thought I ordered it late but I received it 2 days before I expected.
Rating: - SEX IS GREAT!
IF YOU ARE A FAN OF SEX AND THE CITY THIS IS A FANTASTIC KEEPSAKE! I LOVE IT AND TREASURE IT!
Rating: - Fabulous for Fans
This is a great coffee table book if you're a fan of the iconic television series Sex & The City - and I expect both this book and the series to have a resurgence in popularity with the movie being released in May 2008.
Whether you're a diehard fan or someone who has just watched most of the episodes over the years, this is a great book to catch up on the series or to help refresh your memory. It includes interviews/bios of all of the stars and a lot of the crew, mini episode guides including an insider anecdote for each ep, plus special features on fashion, location, and other defining traits of one of TV's greatest shows.
The book is relatively well done - they chose great photos of some of my favourite moments to complement the information and anecdotes, a lot of which I was surprised/amused to read about. I also enjoyed reading a lot of the things I didn't think I would care about, like the interviews with the cast (Samantha as Kim Cattrall almost never happened - they had actually cast someone else but begged her to come on!) and the information on location scouting.
My one major complaint would be that the book was supposedly updated to include all of season 6 - which was split into two parts. But the editors/writer got lazy because they really only included season 6 up until the final episode of the first 'half'. There was nary a single picture from the second half of season 6, which had some really cool moments/fashion statements! They included ... Read More
