i love tori's "voice" in her books. she is naturally talented at being open and communicates clearly. how can any fan not enjoy her books? that said, i thought the first book was a bit more interesting. maybe that is only because there is so much tori on t.v., and in tabloids, we feel like we already know of the situations before we read them. who cares, if it's tori, i'm there.

This is one of the most enjoyable books by Tori Spelling. I would buy another one of her books. She should release one every 6 months. They are the best.

Early in the book, Spelling tells a story about her son defecating in a public pool. She uses this story as a touchstone for the rest of the book. Is this or that moment as humiliating as the "pool poo"? Is this or that moment as funny as the "pool poo"?
Are the countless mentions of "pool poo" as annoying as Spelling's frequent mentions of her own name in "Story Telling?" Almost, but they are not as annoying as - well, you get the idea.
If you get the flu this winter, this ain't the bed book for you.

After enjoying sTori Telling so much I decided to give this one a chance as well. Just as expected, it's funny and entertaining. I was never much of a Tori Spelling fan until her TV show on Oxygen - now I can't get enough! She's nothing like I expected and was pleasantly surprised by her (and Dean's) down-to-earth attitude they've managed to incorporate into their not-so-normal lives. If you're looking for a book that's a fun read, this is it!

I have always been fascinated by Tori Spelling. And I think her books are awesome. Once I finished reading sTori Telling, I could not wait for Mommywood to come out. She is such a wonderful writer. She is real and approachable and relatable. I would recommned her books to anyone who is looking for a light, fun read. I hope she continues to chronicle her life, so we can continue to enjoy her wonderful stories.
