A fabulous read. A timeless plot. A plot we can all learn a lesson from. Give up our current trends towards instant gratification and a throw away society.
This plot focussed on faithfulness against all odds, determination to stay true to ones vows and staying there for the long haul.
The outcome shows this does pay off and the reward is worth it.
I strongly recommend this read to males and females of all adult ages.

I loved this book. It was absolutely beautifully written and discussed issues that do not normally occur in "Christian" books. You really felt for the characters and I found myself smiling with them, laughing with them, and crying with them. A great book on Christ's unconditional love.

I could not stop reading this book. It captured my heart from the start and left me teary eyed by the end. A novel that will be known as a classic. a must read for christians and non-chrsitians!

I absolutely loved this book. From the very beginning it grabs you and doesn't let you go till you finish. I laughed, cried and rejoiced through out the book. The title is perfect. It is a beautiful story about love, redemption, forgiveness, pride, hard work and triumph! This is a fictional book loosely based on the biblical story of The prophet Hosea and Gomer his wife. A Good read for newly married couples. A great book to give as a gift to a person that doubts God's love in their life. It makes you feel so loved and cherished by God. It is a powerful book that really teaches us the position we hold in His eyes. How He cares for us to the minute detail and how bad things have a way of turning out to be a huge blessing as long as we trust God. I will be giving this book as a Christmas gift to many of my loved ones. I am sure they will absolutely love it. I am ready to order my new Francine Rivers novel..will be reading another one. I think I am hooked to her writing. God bless you all!
