Editorial Review:
Product Description: The Beijing Angelic Choir, composed of the best voices from several local choirs in Beijing, is distinguished by their sweet, superbly trained voices and musical training. The songs are lightly accompanied, with emphasis, of course, on the singing of the children. The sound is dreamlike, sweet and soaring, almost other-worldly.
b>Lullabies was a finalist for the 1996 NAIRD award for the Best Children's Music, and is a stunningly lovely CD!

Rating: - Chinese Lullabies
This is our second copy of this particular CD. My oldest, who is adopted from China, wore the first one out. It is a beautiful compilation of lullabies from the various provinces of China. SHe listens to it each night and falls to sleep to it.
Rating: - Absolutely beautiful! Love it!
We don't even have our daughter yet and I listen to it all the time. It's unbelievably beautiful and soooo soothing. Definitely recommend.
Rating: - Love this CD!
This is the most relaxing selection of music I have even listened to - wonderful for adults or children.
Rating: - Simply Beautiful!!
Whether or not you understand Mandarin, "Chinese Lullabies" is destined to become one of your favorite lullabie CD's. The music and singing is beautiful. My daughter enjoys listening to the CD while in bed.
I would also recommend any of the other Beijing Angelic Choir CD's. As the mother of a young toddler, I can only handle so much of the typical English children's music. Since I don't understand Mandarin, I can listen to the CD's regularly without tiring. My daughter will request "Chinese music, please."
Rating: - Beautiful and Relaxing
My daughter falls asleep to this every night. It is very soothing and peaceful and can be enjoyed by all.
