Rating: - Fox and the Hound This is a great movie for all kids. In great condition. Thank you! Rating: - An Example Of The Mediocrity Of Post Walt Disney/Pre-Renaissance The Fox and the Hound never caught fire with me and I don't see much about it that's endearing. It dates from Disney's dark ages after the decline and near fall of the studio circa the early 1970's to late 1980's, and it just isn't up to snuff compared to the gems of the Disney Renaissance of 1989-2000. My parents took me to see this at a theater when I was very little, and I fell asleep. I saw it again last month and...fell asleep. To each her own but in my view this production oozes ersatz sentimentality and shoots low in its emotional range. It isn't in the upper echelon of Disney films and it isn't all that great a movie either. Rating: - GREAT MOVIE PERIOD Before I wrote this review I saw people giving bad reviews because its not in widescreen, but I say who cares this is a GREAT movie its story its so good it will make you want to cry. This a keeper ! Rating: - Excellent Shipping and communication was easy and fast. The DVD is in great shape, as described, and I am very pleased.
