Mash potatoes and gravy people.
I can't recommend this movie enough! Bill Murrays performance deserves an oscar. Each time I watch this movie I find something more to laugh at, whether it be the dialogue I missed or some facial expression or simply the hilarious situations that the characters weave.
Not to be overlooked is the classic performance of Dreyfuss, his flawless acting is the catalyst that sets the comedy in motion.
I wonder if Bob will write a sequel to his best seller "Death Therapy" my suggestion, "If I fake it, then I don't have it".

Prior to this movie, I never remember seeing movies that held mental disorders in a positive light. Where the conditions he suffers are serious, the movie is great kind hearted fun!

I always thought this was a more adult oriented comedy what with all the psych references, but I watched this tonite with 2 kids aged 11-14 and they just roared throughout the entire flick.
Everybody knows about this movie but what caught my eye after this DVD sitting in my collection for the last 6 years was just how GOOD it looked on a plasma from an upconverted source. The colors and detail were spectacular, Maine has never looked better. This movie is timeless, if you havent seen it in a while pull it out and see it on your new HDTV, you'll be impressed. 5 Seconal

THE MOVIE IS GREAT YOUR SHIPPING TIMES SUCK I PLACED AN ORDER FOR 2 MOVIES THE SAME TIME THREE WEEKS BEFORE CHRISTMAS ONE I RECEIVED IN THREE DAYS THE OTHER ONE THREE DAYS AFTER CHRISTMAS THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE A GIFT.I WONT ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.

I saw What About Bob? on a bus coming back from a three day camping trip for school.
I thought the plot was a little weak, and I didn't find it that funny. There were funny parts, yes, but I didn't find as many funny parts as I would have enjoyed.
I thought the acting was okay. The ending was very funny, but uninteresting.
Overall, this was a disappointing movie. I'd rent it first.
