Bought kit to make apple sauce. So far that is all I have used is the vegetable puree attachment and it worked great. Look forward to using it for tomato sauce next year. Price is definitly better than buying individual parts.

If you want to get the most use out of your stand mixer investment, this is a must have. I would say that I use the meat grinder the most. I like being able to hand pick the cut of meat that I want and then trim the fat off myself. That way I know exactly what I'm getting. Plus, its fun too! Cleanup isn't a breaze, but its not too difficult either. Storage also isn't too bad as most of the pieces fit into their respective attachment, but it will take up a full corner of your cubbard. For a guy, this is a great way to bring gadgets into the kitchen. Arg!

It comes with everything you will need in the kitchen. They are also easy to use and understand.

I purchase the kit to make applesauce to can. I purchased a hand held fruit sieve. It took quite a while to put the fruit through it and then my arm hurt.
The next batch I used the kitchen aide attachment. It took only 1/4 of the time and my arm didn't hurt. Loved it and will be using it again soon.

For anyone with a KitchenAid Mixer this pack has all the necessary attachments for a much lower price than buying it separate
