Hook & Ladder: No sooner does the gang start their own fire department, than they've got their own fire! Fire chief Dickie Moore, Stymie and tag-along Spanky are hot to put out the blaze- but they have to find it first.
The First Round-Up: The gang decides to go camping an they've brought everything...except their courage! Darkness falls, the fire burns out, and the ghosts and goblins (in their heads) get the best of them- even brave little Scotty and Spanky.
Teacher's Beau: The gang's teacher, Miss Jones is leaving to get married...just when they were starting to like her. But Spanky and Alfalfa have an idea to get Miss Jones 'unhitched'- so they cook up a plan for her going-away party.
Hearts Are Thumps: Spanky, Alfalfa and Buckwheat have a heartfelt reaction to Valentine's Day: they start the infamous 'He-Man Woman-Haters' Club'. But when Alfalfa falls for the dimpled Darla, Spanky bursts his freckled friend's bubble.

UMMM, this product was OK but the dvd i recieved was different than the picture shown, it still had the same episodes but the actual package was completely different and a little shottier, i think you should mention that in the [roduct description
Rating:  - The Perfect Gift
I purchased this DVD along with some other Little Rascals DVDs for my father for Christmas. He absolutely LOVED them. He watched the entire first disc (about 10 episodes long)in one sitting! He hadn't seen the show in about 40 years, but he was able to recite it word for word as if he saw it yesterday. It was a very special for him to be able to watch the show that defined his childhood with his own children. I definitely recommend this collection!
Rating: - great humor from another time
These selections take me back to Saturdays after the cartoons were over when I was a kid in the late 70's and early 80's. I glanced at some of the other reviews and offer this as a response: I found the selections to be on the whole very funny, though I do remember some episodes that were funnier than some on this disc; I am certain that some people will see the episodes as being rascist but I am inclined to agree with the person who charactarized as rascial, there is no doubt in my mind that it was not intended at the time to be rascist, but these films were made during a different social climate than we have today and should not be judged by todays standards.

I think this DVD is wonderful. My 7 yr old niece even loved it. It's timeless. And the little tid bits of trivia given by Leonard Maltin I especially enjoyed. When you have so much to choose from it's sometimes hard to pick just the right mix, but this compilation of shorts is just right.
