Editorial Review:
Description: It is estimated that over 40 million Americans suffer from arthritis. Learn how to change your lifestyle and treat arthritis safely and naturally with nutrients, supplements, a vegetarian diet and proven therapies.
Amazon.com: Conventional medicine has had little success understanding or treating arthritis and its related diseases, opening the doors for natural medicine, according to practitioners and patients. Methods explained and demonstrated include: chiropractic, reconstructive therapy (injections of saline and calcium to stimulate ligaments, tendons, and cartilage to heal), herbology, acupuncture, physical therapy, yoga, and diet. Several experts weigh in on supplements, ranging from the well known, such as glucosamine and chondroitin, to the lesser known like alfalfa and boron. Pacifica radio host and author Gary Null introduces the various healers and then wraps things up by describing his diet for arthritis: fish, vegetable juices, supplements and nutrients, and the elimination of red meat, salt, tomatoes, and green peppers. Viewers also get an eight-minute yoga demonstration of joint-lubrication movements they can try as they watch. With its clear explanations of the disease and recommended treatments, this 56-minute video should provide ideas for the arthritis sufferer ready to try something new. --Kimberly Heinrichs

This video is a very good look at a medical proublem that is very common and shows different views of different professionals and different treatments. If you are seeing a Dr. or thinking you might need to see a Dr. about joint pain and discomfort this video shows some options you might not have heard of- but may be suitable for you... I found this video very helpful and valuable...
