These X cubes are great for storing my markers horizontally. I bought 2 of them and have them easily stacked together. They send you a clip to attach them together. I just love these.

Easy to connect these with the plain cubes to fit any configuration of stuff you have. I don't see where they mention it but they come with a set of connectors that slide on to hold them to each other.
They arrived undamaged. I was pleasantly surprised as I was afraid to order them for fear of shipping damage.

just what I needed for an unused space on my desk. Comes in handy for pens. Utilitarian; non-obtrusive desk accessory.

These things are great if you have a lot of small, loose clutter on your desk that just NEEDS to stay there. Originally, it comes with an "X" shaped divider inside the box, allowing you to store four seperate things with easy access to the items. The "X" shelf is removeable however, allowing you to convert it into a larger, slanted two storage compartment. You also have the option of removing the "X" shelf completely and using the storage shelf as a good sized box. The material used is plastic, but its thick so it can stand up to some good abuse. The best part, the shelf comes with connector clips, allowing you to build a large stack of Rubbermaid Shelf Savers, one on top of the other or side to side -- or both! Overall, if you need a little clutter control on your desk, give these a try. I'm pretty sure you'll enjoy them, or at least, your desk will thank you. =)
