Product Description: In a world that's complicated enough, the affordably priced PermaFocus binos are a relief for simple, fixed-focus, long-distance viewing. The wider field-of-view makes them ideal for spectator sports, distant wildlife observation or winter use with gloves. Thanks to quality fully-coated optics the action is bright and crisp and the ergonomic rubber housing means you won't drop them - even with gloves on. PRODUCT FEATURES: Fully coated optics for superior light transmission and brightness; Unique "Focus-Free" feature stays in focus at most viewing distances; Non-slip rubber armor absorbs shock while providing a firm grip.

I use them to go to the Opera and to watch shows from a distance.
They are amazingly clear and perma focus works like a charm
I would appreciate if they would be less bulkier, however not an issue for me.

Bought 3 of these for my family before a trip to Alaska. These are GREAT binoculars. Never having to focus, like regular binoculars, was the greatest convenience. Even strangers questioned me about them and said they wish they had a pair. Buy these, you won't be disappointed.

I like that I don't have to adjust anything for the focus. They are just a bit more bulky than what I would have liked. I take them with me on my hikes and they fit into my baggy pocket, just wish they were a bit smaller.

Good binoculars for handing back and forth between people who have different optical correction. There is no mechanism that focuses - the focus is permanently set at "infinity." As a result, anything less than about 50 feet is not in focus. Sharpness and clarity are good. Well worth the price for the tourist, but probably wouldn't satisfy avid birdwatchers.

Purchased these because I always hate having to refocus after someone else uses the binoculars. Just as advertised they provide a very clear image without any adjustment needed. For this price they more than met my expectations.
