Rating: - Perfect To Get It Back
This DVD is very worthwhile if you have any back pain, the routines are slow and gentle which is exactly what is needed if you ever had any back pain in your life.
It was a definate plus to helping me with one of my areas that I always had trouble with.
Rating: - Good but a little boring
This is a great DVD to strengthen and stretch your back, but I am used to a more fast paced work out. It would probably be beneficial for me to continue with this DVD, but because I felt bored I just couldn't get myself to keep doing it.

I read a few reviews before purchasing, doubtful however as to whether I would be able to benefit. The DVD delivers as promised, with very clear and soothing instructions, calming music, a steady pace, and a level of difficulty well suited for beginners. I have used it a couple of weeks now; and I feel quite hopeful that I can get my back issues under control.

I've had lower back pain off and on for 2 years, getting increasingly worse over the last 6 months. I started doing the stretches in the DVD, and my back hasn't gotten sore since! I feel my back getting stronger and actually feel like I can start adding other exercises to my day!

Before I purchased this DVD I couldn't change my position in bed without waking up because of the pain in my lower back.
I didn't want to go to my doctor to get any pills, I wanted to try a way without painkiller.
So I discovered the DVD and after just one week daily 30 minutes practice, I was sleeping like a baby, and my back problems belonged in the past
