Editorial Review:
Description: Through no fault of his own, artist and lady's man Richard Nugent finds a love-besotted teenage girl curled on his sofa. Through no fault of his own, the teen's sister is a judge who 'sentences' thunderstruck Richard to date the girl until her schoolgirl crush wanes. Circumstances aren't kind to Richard. But they certainly are hilarious when Cary Grant plays Richard, Myrna Loy is the judge and Shirley Temple is the teen.

Rating: - It makes us laugh
I enjoyed this as a kid, and when I introduced it to my children it became an instant family favorite. What a lot of fun here. You can't beat the cast: Myrna Loy, Cary Grant, Shirley Temple ... etc. Good quoteable, memorable lines. Fast paced enough to engage all the ages.
Rating: - Bachelor and the Bobby Soxer
I hate to say this but, this movie IS dated and the plot is unrealistic but I still give it 5 stars if for no other reason than the cast. Younger viewers might not understand or get it, but it's still pretty funny !
Rating: - Great movie!
Gary Grant is at his finest! He is a great comedian, and has fun with this role! And Shirley Temple is all grown up! But looking cute as ever! This is a fun movie for all!
Rating: - Excellent Postwar Screwball Comedy
Beautiful example of Screwball Comedy in the Postwar years. Cary Grant is classic - Myrna Loy gorgeous and Shirley Temple a beautiful teenager. Also amazing glimpse into the teen world of the late forties - high school from over 60 years ago.
Some hilarious scenes - kind of surreal - but that's the genre. A sparkling clean transfer and captions for the hearing impaired. Great stuff...
Rating: - Classic Movies
I like very much the classic movies from the 1930s, 40s, and 50s. This one was copied to DVD with great sound and picture clarity. If you like Myrna Loy and Cary Grant this is a must have.
