This is not your average supplement; expect to feel better as soon as you take it. Be careful not to take too many of these. It makes me feel very stimulated and energetic. Just by taking one supplement I get an instant "pick-me-up". This is quite a pleasant surprise. Swanson's Gotu Kola 435 Mg caps will be on my grocery list from now on.
