i was going through a rough patch and was having trouble sleeping. they will definitely do the job. but i still found myself tired after 8 hours, it was hard to wake up

This is pretty amazing stuff. The staying power is a little low, however. I was prescribed Elavil after I got out of rehab for multiple addictions. That was odd that I was taking drugs for taking drugs, so I was always on the lookout for a way to get off it.
I found this product, ordered it, and tapered off a 2-year stint on that medication. I'm now off prescribed drugs all together. I would talk to your doctor before substituting like this...I did. It stopped working, but I take it anyway because I'm an addict, and that's what I do. Kids, don't do drugs. If you have done drugs, do this. It's cheaper, and natural.

The product arrived quickly and I eagerly tried it out that night hoping to easily drift off into sleep. However, 1 capsule did nothing. So, I tried 2 and I felt a vague effect but not much. The next I tried 4 and that seemed to work okay, putting me to sleep within an hour and keeping me asleep for 8 hours.

Valerian Root if you don't already know, is a sleep inducer. If your having difficultly trying to get to sleep, take 2 of these and within about 30 minutes your out cold. When you wake up the next morning, there is no "medicine head" feel to it, you don't wake up feeling groggy. I love it, since I have to take so many medications, take an herbal supplement to help me sleep every once in a while is quite nice.

I have been taking this product for a month now. Two capsules at bedtime.
It works really well. I fall asleep easily and wake up feeling refreshed.
I have no recognizable side effects. Just make sure you are prepared to
get a full nights rest. This is a quality product for a low price.
