Rating: - really enjoyed it
This dvd was a great second step from Kelley Peters. So obviously I am new to hip hop. It helped me get the rythym and cadence. Some slo-mo would have helped me with the steps, but I'm getting it anyhow. The dancers were a great bunch.
Rating: - Definately NOT for beginners.......
Unless you are as fit and agile, from the beginning, as a teen, this is NOT the one for you.

If you're a beginner you will definitely want to rewind often, maybe play in slow motion till you can get it.
Love the music, love the moves. NOT an all inclusive cardio workout really though.
Rating: - Pretty good workout
This workout is good for beginners, or if you are looking to break a little sweat. The moves are pretty easy, but she does go through them quickly. I am a more intermediate dancer (not advanced by any means) so this workout was not as entertaining as I had hoped. But, it was fun and I did break a sweat!

this video is great just like African Beat, Latin Heat! easy to learn dance moves and fun at the same time. for a moderate speed workout thats a blast to do, you can never go wrong with Madonna Grimes.
