After a knee injury at a Judo tournament sidelined me, I began looking for a knee pad I could wear daily to protect my healing knee from unexpected falls, as well as keep it warm and supported. This knee pad does it all. My knee is healed, and I still wear this knee pad during Judo practice, tournaments, and anything that presents a risk of re injuring my knee.It is light, comfortable, low-profile(i routinely wear it under street clothes), and stays in place. I even wore it while surfing and it didn't budge. I cannot recommend this pad enough. 5/5

The best part of this pads is that they do not slide down and stay on my knee throughout the whole judo session
The only problem with them is that after almost 4 month of extensive use (I sweet a lot and workout about 3-4 times a week) I have noticed that the ventilation wholes on the back have started to tear apart. So I am buying another pair just in case.

I just had knee surgery & the knee surgergon recommend me to get a knee pad like the wrestlers or UFC wears. I saw this & I love it. I would recommend to everyone who have any problems with their knees.

This knee wrestling pad protects and allows free movement. The only negative side is that the stitches on the front pad were coming out, so we had to fix it (sewing it by hand). But otherwise, very soft, flexible and protects a lot.

They protect my knees as well if not better than any other pads I've used. I've used them 2-3 time/week for a month and at a judo tournament. They're comfortable and haven't shown any signs of wear.
