Rating: - Excellent Step Stool!!!This is a very well made and sturdy stool. Love the grips on the bottom. Rating: - SturdyMy 1.5 year old can move the stool to brush her teeth or move it back into her bedroom to get in her bed. We have wood floors and the rubber at the bottom makes the stool stick to the floor without movement. Sturdy enough for me to use when I changed a light bulb the other day. Rating: - Love this step stool!This is a wonderful step stool for a toddler who is learning to potty train. We have one in every bathroom. Pros: It is light weight enough that my daughter can move it to the toilet by herself. The grippy "feet" aren't so grippy that it won't slide across the floor when pushed by her. The grippy "feet" are grippy enough that it doesn't slip slide around when she steps on it. I have found it to be extremely stable and it has never tipped over for us. The cut-out legs allow it to be pushed closer to the toilet than a stool that does not have cut-out legs. (I have tried them and there is a gap between the stool and the toilet.) Cons:The only thing that is a bit frusterating is that it is a bit short for two situations. Washing Hands and a taller toilet. She can reach the stream of water but not the knobs so I have to help her wash her hands even though she could otherwise. (The bathroom is too small to have two different stools on the floor.) One of our toilets is a little taller and it's a little bit more difficult for her to sit on the seat. These are really minor concerns and if it was taller it might be unstable. In spite of these small frusterations I still give this product 5 stars. Rating:  - No toddler stool will fit everyone's needs perfectly...but in spite of some of the obvious flaws (as mentioned in detail by other reviewers) this stool has actually been perfect for us. We purchased the white one with the black top over 6 years ago. It still looks great & will last until the grand-kids at the rate it is holding up. It seems indestructible. Some reviewers complained that it tips if a child steps too close to the edge. There's a trade off here: if you build a perfectly stable stool with a wide base, then another safety scenario is created: the base becomes a tripping hazard. There are hazards in life. Nothing is perfectly safe. We taught our kids to step in the middle of the stool & demonstrated what would happen if they ignored our instructions. With these instruction the stool has worked like a charm.
