Rating: - Dreamer is a Great inspirational movie I used this with my women's group, some of whom had become discouraged from illnesses and accidents. It really lifted them up! Rating: - Review of Dreamers I really loved this movie. If you liked Seabiscuit this is a movie you're sure to enjoy. Many times stories based upon true stories can be more interesting than fiction. I loved the reality that showed discouragement, loneliness, doubt and yet at the same time hope, courage, winning against all odds on several fronts and the belief and empowering of one's child. Great story that leaves you feeling good afterwards. Rating: - Fantastic, Inspiring Movie I absolutely love this movie! It's enjoyable for the entire family and an incredible story of overcoming struggles and chasing your dreams. Also, the best part is that it's inspired by a true story. Dakota Fanning is fantastic as usual and the way she and Kurt Russell work together on this film is a joy to watch. Anyone who is a fan of horses or horse racing should watch this movie. Rating: - Dreamer This is a very good fact based drama. The story is solid, but what makes this film outstanding is the cast chosen, and not enough good things can be said about them. Kurt Russell is a horse trainer from Kentucky. His look and mannerisms are spot on, and he carries this role well. Dakota Fanning is the daughter and the heart of the movie with Elizabeth Shue cast as mom. Kris Kristoferson is the father/grandfather, and no one could have played this role. His gruff unbending exterior is flawless. Rating: - Movie Love this movie. Would watch it over and over again. Actors are great. Theme of this movie, makes it so watchable.
