The product is sturdy and efficient. I highly recommend
the use of this mat with exercise equipment.

- A great workout mat
This mat by Bowflex is sturdy enough to put equipment on or just use for a mat to work out on. I have Mexican tile in my home and I work out at 5am every morning. This is easy to roll out, put on the floor in front of my SelectTech Dumbbells and it dampens the noise I make so my wife is not disturbed upstairs. Easy to clean, roll up and put in the closet until the next workout.

The price was OK and it works as advertised. It is smaller and thinner than expected but acceptable. You might want to check out some thicker alternatives.

- Nice visual compliment with Boxflex equipment
Looks good with Bowflex equipment but with the treadmill, it bunches up when using incline. I may remove it and use another treadmill pad as this particular pad may cause extra unnecessary stress to the machine when using incline during workout.

- perfect mat for the job
This mat works excellently with the bowflex equipment! Big enough to sit under a treadclimber (which is where I use it), and keeps carpet dust out of the motor. I would say it is a must!
