Anybody that has trouble with anxiety should know about this. You know who you are and the problems this can cause in your life.
This product is a sleep/dream enhancer. Say goodbye to light, erractic sleep.
It also takes me down a notch during the day. It also helps with terrible panic attacks.
I take the pill twice a day. The doctor does not believe me but that is his problem.
