I've had my FSM on my car for about 6 months now, and its still sticking on great. As some other reviewers pointed out, it is plastic and not metal, but I don't think it detracts from the aesthetics of the emblem. I'm very pleased with it!

Basically, I stuck this baby to the rear of my car, only to find less than a day later that it had fallen off sometime over the course of a leisurely drive to and from a friends house. There goes $10 I'll probably never see again--and I was so looking forward to the angry stares of drivers behind me...

I've seen these emblems all over my town and decided I wanted one. It was exactly what I ordered, I love it!

Looks good, attaches easily, and his hilarious. My mom liked it (although she just thought it looked nice).

Not only have I had this emblem on my car for a couple years and it has actually stayed on with its own adhesive, it still looks brand-new, which is an incredible feat for my constantly-driven car that is always parked outside and has been subject to high winds, hail, pouring rain, snow, sleet, and hot and freezing temperatures (all those lesser deities trying to pluck it off, I suppose).
Not to mention that it has brought out the best in other FSM fans as well, as I have had many a red-light conversation with other drivers who "get it" and appreciate its snarky charm.
But really, it's always nice to get something for the outside of your car that is actually *made* to deal with, you know... the outside of your car.
