Have had it for a month and am really happy with it. Only thing I wish is that you could set it to turn off sooner than 90 minutes. It's very easy to program for memory settings, and has a nice, clear reception. Very good price.

I got this as a replacement for my lost DT-210. This one is smaller, has as good reception as the 210, the memory access is MUCH better. It only needs 1 AAA battery and it lasts a long time. doesn't have a speaker, but that's not much of a problem with me. I like it much better than the DT-210

Bought this as a replacement for another pocket radio. The good: small size, very good reception, uses only one battery(AA size), very easy to set presets. The not so good: the hearing buds are slightly larger than most and they keep falling out while walking. Easy to fix by buying an over the ear set.

I was really disappointed with this sangean dt120radio-- my 3rd attempt at outfitting myself with a pocket fm. I didn't use it that much right after purchase, so by the time it died on me it was out of warranty. I had probably used it all of 3-4 hours.
I don't see why it is so hard to find a half decent fm radio that is small enough for purse or pocket. This is old technology folks! I know the new i-pod nano has an fm radio, but I feel skeptical about that one too...

I listen mostly to FM radio stations with weak signals. This pocket digital tuner gives you the choice of listening to FM in either Mono or Stereo modes. Most radios only provide Stereo mode. You want to use FM Mono mode if the station's signal is weak or noisey in Stereo mode, because the sound quality will improve in Mono. This radio is excellent in all other ways as well. It is light weight and only requires 1 AAA battery. The controls are easy and intuitive. This radio gets my highest recommendation.
