This product was recommended to me by the head of Ear Nose & Throat at Duke University Medical Center. I've had mine for years and swear by it. It works best with distilled water & ground sea salt (1 cup to 1 teaspoon) and warmed 15-20 seconds in the microwave. It has saved me from many a miserable day from allergies and prevents the need for regular use of allergy medication. It's a very inexpensive path to relief.

Product is not shown clearly and the accessory item is the featured product rather than the solution product itself. This should be in accessories not the solution needed to use this applicator. This accessory item should be shown out of the box for a clearer understanding of its contents. VERY DISSATIFIED!!!!!!!!

MOre than two years ago a doctor in Gainesville, Florida recommended I try Alkalol with a nosecup to try to relieve nasal congestion and headaches related to sinus irritation. I have a history of allergic rhinitis and asthma. It relieved my suffering. When I moved to the desert, the local doctor recommended a cortisteroid nasal spray. I am also taking cortisteroid sprays for asthma too.Lately I have been trying to cut back as these drugs over time have serious side effects. When the same symptoms reappeared recently I read that antibiotics were not always the solution so I remembered Alkalol and tried it again. I used the product once today and tonight I feel so much better.
