Fortunately, mine arrive intact. It does exactly as the product description purports. Wait until it comes back in stock at Amazon....its current price (from non-Amazon vendor) is outrageous. I paid approximately $17. Rating: - very satisfied I received this on time, and am glad I ordered it. It is a very handy product and goes will with my Keurig coffee machine. Rating: - Great Holder For Variety. Easy Picking! Want Magic Expansion! This holder does revolve easily and has stayed shiny, easily cleaned. It looks great next to the coffee pot and it's easy to just grab a k-cup and put it in the pot. I love the convenience! I put hot chocolate on the bottom and mix part of the bottom level with tea as well as teas and coffee in the middle and top holders. I started off without ordering this holder... and went back and got it because I wasn't satisfied with pulling my K-cups out of drawers. I just wish it could stay the same size and yet hold more k-cups... LOL. Rating: - Very Nice K cup carousel I really like my Keurig coffee maker, but didn't like having the K-cups piled in a bowl next to it. The bowl took up too much space on my limited counter. This carousel is great, well made and so compact, looks very nice too. Spins well, and seems very well made to me. I do think it could actually have one more "tier" since there is plenty of room between the top of it, and the bottom of my cabinet. It looks great and is a nice accessory to my coffee maker.
