This device works great, the vapor is very fine. Of course it makes the usual noise of such a compressor. Our little one 2 years doesn't like to make inhalations, but the penguin at first made her curious to try some minutes, nevertheless she hates doing inhalations and doesnt sit quiet for more then 1 minute. The 5 year old likes it and makes the whole session, sometimes she sees the penguin and asks to use it. We do only natural inhalations with camomille etc. when they are coughing a lot. The mask included is OK, but the filter is somehow an older model, there are many better available seperately.
