I was happy that I purchased this product. It heats water so much quicker than the conventional stovetop method. Works great for the three of us in this house whether we want hot chocolate, tea or cream of wheat.

I liked the kettle the half dozen times it worked. Then it wouldn't turn on and started leaking slowly from the base of the handle. I would be hesitant to buy another one. Great concept, poor quality.

This is my first electric kettle and I love it. Don't know why it took so long for me to purchase before now.

Not only is this kettle stylish, but it also boils water quicker than I had imagined was possible. It literally takes two minutes to come to a full boil. The fact that it's one of the cheaper models on the market makes it a no-brainer purchase in my opinion. The exterior does get hot, as previous reviewers have mentioned, but this isn't a problem for me.
