The filter was shipped on time and in good condition. No problems. The filter is exactly like what was used when the humidifier was installed brand new. The new filter makes the humidfier put out more humidity in your home. Works great.

I bought three filters (pads) because I always forget to buy one in the fall to replace the old before winter dries everything out. The price was rights, so I stocked up. The only down side was that the box arrived damaged. The filters do not appear to be damaged, but they were not packed well (need to be individually wrapped inside the box).
