Product Description: All 22 fourth season episodes on 4 discs Studio: Paramount Home Video Release Date: 05/15/2007 Run time: 493 minutes Rating: Nr
Amazon.com: A light-hearted comedy revolving around a pair of bickering brothers who run a small airline in Nantucket, Wings kicks off its fourth season with a crash. Literally. But unlike Lost where the passengers are never sure if they'll ever be rescued, it's inevitable that the Nantucket bunch is saved. This four-disc set includes all 22 episodes from this season and introduces Alex Lambert (Farrah Forke) as the sexy helicopter pilot being wooed by both Joe (Timothy Daly>) and Brian Hackett (Steven Weber). This is kind of a bummer for fans who are hankering for Joe and his on-again off-again crush Helen (Crystal Bernard) to finally commit to one another. Some of the best episodes revolve around the periphery players: Tony Shalhoub (Monk) shines as lovable immigrant cab driver Antonio Scarpacci, who has the dubious honor of being included in a girls' night out excursion. He also displays hysterical paranoia when he is called as a witness in a robbery. And when Brian accidentally sinks Lowell's (Thomas Haden Church, Sideways) houseboat, the Hacketts take the dim-witted mechanic in and are delighted to benefit from his housekeeping skills and his gourmet meals, which are better than their mom's home cooking. But they also learn that he can be as annoying as their mother as well. And Lowell's ex-wife Bunny (Laura Innes, ER) is back to torture her former husband. Most people would never want to hang out with their colleagues 24/7, but with the cast of oddball (but loving) characters on Wings, you can see why gravitate towards one another. --Jae-Ha Kim

I used to the watch the show, but I got this for my friend's sister. She loved the show.
Rating: - Wings 4th Season
Its hilarious to watch this over again. I just love seeing Tony Shalhoub as Antonio.
Rating: - They don't make like this anymore
It could be a case of nostalgia but I love WINGS! This season the writing and comedy is better than ever! With the emergence of Alex, a love interest for Brian, and Antonio becoming a larger presence on the show season 5 really takes off. Delightful, charming, and always funny Wings is a hit for the whole family.
Rating: - WINGS - Season 4
There are very competent reviews prior to this one involving plot reviews etc. This is a well done series overall. I didn't watch it much when it was in its intial run unless I ran across it. Getting the series now I regret that. Roy may be the upfront bully/weirdo but I think Fay is downright freaky-creepy (I mean that with love). She has this possessed smile and twinkle in her eye. I have never in real life seen a ticket agent that enthusiastic about boarding announcements and if I did I would probably run for another airline. The relatioship between the brothers has a lot of real depth to it too. I don't remember Helen being as physically violent either but it is refreshing to see a good-looking female character with some dimension other than just looking good. If ever anyone needed an anger management class Helen would be at the top of the list! My only dissapointment is that the DVD series through 4, at least, contain no extras, and starting with season 4 the "Play All" feature has been removed for what reason I cannot understand. I noticed that this happens with some of the older series... Costs are minimized then features added if the series sells well. It is unfortunate when the studios go the other way.
Rating: - NEED A FEW GOOD LAUGHS
I think season 4 is the best so far. I have loved this show since it was on the air. Its great to sit and watch it without commericals and still laugh and laugh.
