My son loves this and uses it for in room TV/internet/gaming/music. Very effective reproducing driving and other sound effects. Good value for the price for this application. Works well over glasses.
My older, trained ears found the sound quality not to taste. The speakers lacked recovery after producing a sound; so complex, clean music sounds are not reproduced as well as similar priced headphones from Sony and Sennheiser.

I bought these to use on road-trips with the kids thinking that if they broke them, I would only be out $20. They sound so good, I am not using them with my stereo/HDTV in the house. Of course wireless would be better, but I seemed to always have trouble with my wireless set and these work great. It's only great that they came with an 11ft cord.

If you're looking for good 'phones, for less than $25.00, look no further. These are well-made, with a 10 foot cord, and are quite comfortable. Of course, they are not audio-phile quality, but are more appropriate for everyday use. I returned a poor-fitting set of Sennheiser's for these and I will never regret it.

so, I bought these as a replacement for my broken ipod earphones... they are really good for the price... after listening for a while the sound quality gets better. The only concern I have is that it's quite large and they literally look like earmuffs in the winter... but I can live with that

These headphones are really nice and they are the second pair that I have purchased for my two sons. I just wish that I had waited because Amazon dropped the price after I had placed my order, could have saved some money but with Christmas just a few weeks away, I didn't want to miss out on having them under the tree. Next time, I will shop earlier and watch the price before I order.
