This I have managed to stick with because, to me, it is fun. This is something I can stick with. I have lost a lot of weight. I cannot attribute it all to Hip Hop Abs because it is a part of a comprehensive nutrition/workout program that I have been following for about a year and a half now. I bought this because it looked like fun. I never have been a good dancer and thought this might help a little. It has. Although I still do not claim to be a good dancer. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a fun way to do cardio and work out your abs. Just remember without following good nutrition, this alone will not get it done.
