I recently bought the sculpting stick it works great. It,s only 9 lbs so it's easy to handle. I use the dvd that came with the stick but' I also use it with some other firm dvds I own. It also works great as a barbell.I highly recommend the sculpting stick pro it's a wonderful workout tool.

The stick is a great upper body workout. It is very easy to follow and it is quick and easy way to tone up.
Rating:  - Beginner's beware!
The Firm series are always extremely challenging. Don't be dismayed if you need to not use the weights or bar until you get the correct form. You have to start somewhere! The aerobic portions of the tape are good, the exercises with weights are geared to a woman's form and problem areas. Be sure to hydrate well, have enough room to lay on the floor and prepare to sweat. You will look noticeably better after 10 workouts!

i LOVE to do this workout in the morning before i get in the shower, only thing is, i'm going to get bored quick! can anyone suggest which of the other stick videos are the best to incorporate the sculpting stick into?

UPDATE: i bought the express shaping video (which uses a slightly different stick) and its much more intense. i like this one!!
