This arm band is better than anythign you could rig up on your own, totally perfect fir, no run=bbing, excelnt quality. Worht it all the way around. Makes running more enjoyable. I use mine with an Apple Shuffle, the older narrow model. I use it in the gym, outdoors cutting grass, fishing and on. The only drawback as afar as I am concerned is that it is difficult to change settings once the ipod has been seated in the carrier. The plastic window that covers the ipod, as well as protects it, also restricts access to it while being worn. Otherwise I am very happy with it and reccomend it.
