Editorial Review:
Amazon.com: Experience the American Journey through our country's visual heritage in this historical recording provided by the National Archives of the United States. These records were created or acquired in the process of investigating and gathering research materials to prepare the U.S. Air Force official publications "The Roswell Reports" in 1994 and 1997. The reports examined alleged incidents of an Unidentified Flying Object (UFO) crash at Roswell, New Mexico in July 1947. This series consists of moving picture films and video recordings of high altitude balloon tests and flights (including those made with anthropomorphic dummies and by U.S. Air Force personnel); footage of various high-altitude projects such as Project Mogul, Excelsior III, Manhigh, and Stargazer; and interviews with alleged witnesses to the Unidentified Flying Object (UFO) crash site at Roswell, New Mexico. This historical recording from the National Archives may contain variations in audio and video quality based on the limitations of the original source material.
The content summary for this DVD is adapted from an historical description provided by the government agency or donor at the time of production release. This product is manufactured on demand using DVD-R recordable media. Amazon.com's standard return policy will apply.
