I was very fortunate and did not use this product myself. I bought it for a cruise we were taking and was afraid I would get seasick. Well I did not but my Daughter-in-Law, Tina did. She felt so bad and did not believe these bands would work but she finally tried them and they worked. She kept them on anytime we were at sea and was just fine. Others on the cruise had some very very expensive bands and they also worked but why spend a fortune if these work just as well. Worth a try.

Okay ... I've tried those cheepy bands that look kind of like a mini sweat band with the little metal piece in the middle and they did NOTHING to help my motion sickness. So, I was very skeptical of these because over the years I have not been able to find anything besides the OTC meds like Dramamine would help, and I still couldn't read in the car. The ONLY reason I decided to try the PSI bands was because of the reviews on Amazon.
I put these on and waited a while to see if I would get sick. Then I tried reading. These things really worked for me. I read for over 3 hours on our way to Yosemite. I usually have to just sit and stare out the window for what seemed like an eternity. My husband even commented,"Hey, I thought I couldn't read in the car!"
I know they don't work for everyone, but they worked for me. Anxious to try reading on a car trip next.
For those of you who suffer from motion sickness, it's worth a try.

Before you buy this product, I suggest you try a simple technique to see if acupressure is likely to work for you:
1. Find the "p6" point - three finger widths down from the bottom of your wrist, and between the two large tendons.
2. Push on the point with one hand as you slowly breath out.
3. Release the point as you breathe in.
Repeat 8 times on one wrist, then 8 times on the other.
If this technique works for you - chances are the bracelets may work for you too. Of course, then you may not need them to begin with!
In my case, neither worked. Sigh...

I have dealt with motion sickness for my whole life. Any travel plans HAD to include a bottle of Dramamine. Then when we arrived at the destination...I would need to sleep the rest of the day/evening until the Dramamine wore off. I work with Naturopathic Physicians and was told about the Psi-bands. I just took a trip to Florida...on an airplane...with NO Dramamine...and NO nausea. These simple little bands work wonders! And with no drowsiness, I was ready to hit the beach after getting off the plane!! I want to buy everyone I know a set of these!!

I bought this product to help me with my severe morning sickness. I definitely think the bands work but one broke after a couple weeks - literally just came apart and fell off my wrist. I borrowed my friend's Sea Bands which look a lot like sweat bands but don't require adjustment and don't fall apart. I'd recommend those instead.
