The actual product is awesome. Fabric is so lightweight and padding amount is just right. However! Do not be fooled by "one size fits most." ... "Most" means no you, or me, or anyone that I know. I'm an average sized athlete that wears a medium in most everything, and this would be a great elbow pad. This thing would cut off my leg circulation if it were a true knee pad. Did not keep because of sizing and disappointed. Nike makes a "Dri-Fit" KNEE PAD (not sliding) that is size specific; I was able to buy that direct off their website. Even there I bought up to a size (L) guess they all run small!

This is a good product, but if you want a set, be sure to order two. the name says knee pads, but there is only one pad that is sent.
