I use this product after I use the Netti Pot. If I go to bed with a sore throat coming on...I do the nasal rinse with the Netti Pot and then use the Xlear Spray. The spray is non-drying, and it even gets more mucus out after I use the Netti Pot. No more sore throat in the morning. Very effective!!!

Xlear is by far the best product I've ever used to clear and keep clear my sinuses. The twice a day recommended is not enough for the dry high altitude climate we live in. When I get up at night a quick spritz helps me sleep so much better. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has sinus congestion. It has worked the best of any product I've tried, whether OTC or prescription.

Excellent nasal wash, much better than the saline nasal washes that I have used in the past. It has a soothing effect and seems to clear up sinuses more effectively yet gently. I would highly recommend it.

My daughter gets ear infections that lead to fluid being stuck in her ears. She has had to have the fluid surgically removed.
She has been using the nasal wash for about 8 months, twice a day, every day. She still gets the infections, but the fluid goes away in about a month.

This is the only safe product on the market that I know of that helps prevent ear infections, sinus infections and colds for kids and adults. It's perfectly safe and it works. My kids have brought home lots of germs from school and this product literally rinses away the germs from the sinus membranes, therefore preventing a cold or sinus infection from occurring. I have told all my friends about this product, even pregnant women!
