When I first tried this gum, I thought it tasted just as good as any other sugared gum. However, the flavor does go bland after a couple of minutes but it's much better for you and so much cheaper than the stuff you see at the stores. I wish I could find these at stores instead of having to buy them online!

My wife and I, both seniors, love this gum. We are now on our third 100-piece container. When my wife's dental hygienist recommended she use a product containing Xylitol to remedy dry-mouth syndrome caused by some of her medications, my wife decided that a gum with Xylitol would serve her best. I researched products on the Web and found Spry at a good price on Amazon.
My wife[s dental hygienist was right: it was a perfect solution for her dry-mouth problem. As a bonus benefit, my research revealed that Xylitol was also broadly supportive of good dental health.
Although I had not chewed gum for many years after I lost some tooth fillings due to the adhesiveness of many gums when I was a much younger man, I gave Spry a try and liked it -- it did not stick to my fillings.
Of course, with Xylitol being a sugar-substitute, we don't have to worry about the possibility of promoting dental decay. We both like the peppermint flavor and have bought that exclusively. We find that one piece of Spry is insufficient for a pleasant chewing experience, so I use three pieces at a time and my wife uses twoXlear - Spry Gum Peppermint, 100 gum. (By the way, we do not chew our Spry in public.)

I love gum, it helps me stay awake during boring meetings or long hours at the computer and keeps me from snacking, problem is almost every type of gum made now has aspartame which tends to give me a headache. So I love this gum as it has none, plus the calories in each piece are even lower. The peppermint and spearmint are my favorites and last the longest, the fruit is a little sweet for me and does not last as long. None of them last as long as your standard commercial gum, but for me, it is definately worth it.

I have tried all the flavors of Spry and this one is my favorite flavor. The flavor lasts really long! I love that Spry uses ONLY xylitol for their sweetener and it's why I only chew Spry gum. I also like the texture of their gum, as opposed to gums such as "Extra" brand gum. Spry doesn't make your jaw ache like those other gums do because it doesn't get stiffer or more rubbery as you're chewing it, such as other sugarless gums tend to do.

This is by far the best gum on the market! Spry utilizes Xylitol, a sugar-alcohol that has no carbohydrate action, yet bacteria ingest the Xylitol and cannot metabolize it, thus starving the bacteria! Thus, with consistant use, it rids the mouth of harmful cavity-causing, gum-disease causing bacteria! This is truly a unique gum. One of the few gums that all dentists recommend!
Don't use this product if you suffer from TMJ - it will only aggravate your sore joints.
This is a great product for the average person, child or adult. Chew two to three pieces a day and your oral health will improve.
