I loved the complete series it kept you in suspense it was a great series much be commended

The first 2 seasons were reasonably engaging because the characters were complex, doing some self-dealing while catching bad guys. This season there are more insonsitencies in the stories and it seems more violent just for the sake of being violent, not to advance any story-line. If police drama's are your thing you will enjoy this, but it is dark and disturbing.

Perhaps one of the greatest police dramas ever! I'm actually saddened that this great show is no longer on the air. The Shield is a gritty police drama with lots of realism.
