Nice bundle for starting out in digital photography. Best price I have found. Only regret is that I did not read the details and found that the 55-200mm lens is NOT VR, so if this is important to you, maybe you should pick another sku because they will not exchange just the lens for you, you would have to return the full package to correct the issue. I had to use ebay to buy and sell the longer lens. I wonder why they don't change their policy? Everything is packed seperately and I would have paid the difference gladly, but I made out better re-selling it anyway. I know that it was mostly my fault, but internet sales is all about good customer service and they should have gone the extra mile. Additionally, I would recommend getting this package over ones containing other accessories if this is your first digital camera purchase. Get your camera, and a good book on digital photography before you buy flashes, filters, and tripods. You need a little hands on with your camera before making those decisions. I am glad that I did.

This product is well worth the bucks. I'm retired Military so I always check pricing before making a major purchase, and this is the best buy I've seen yet. The pictures are great, set up was a snap, The only thin I need now is polarized filter and a teleconverter. I am more than satisified with this product.

This is the most complete package I ever saw. Great camera, complete with two zooms, second battery pack, gadgets, memory card, software, and so on. All you can think of from the most important to the memory card belt-holder. With this item, you can go anywhere, anytime, and have everything you may need with you. Practical, complete, reliable, professional.

This was my first SLR digital camera, after owning several point-and-shoot digital cameras. I received it two weeks before going on my honeymoon and I was a little nervous I wouldn't be able to learn how to use it fast enough. I read through the manual and still don't understand a lot of the features, however it's very easy just to point and shoot and get fantastic pictures. I have never had pictures come out so crystal clear. We went to French Polynesia for our honeymoon and several people looked at my pictures and said they could be professional. The colors came out so vivid and you could see every detail. I would like to learn more and be more comfortable with the camera, but right now I am extremely happy that 98% of the pictures came out perfect by keeping it on the auto setting.
I'm happy I bought the whole package...it was nice to get everything at once. I would have bought the 55-200mm lens anyway and it was convenient to get the 8GB SD card and the extra battery. The case is very big and will be great for storage, but it was too big to take traveling...so I had to buy a smaller case to take with me.
So far I've had no problems and I am extremely pleased with this camera and purchase.
