The Fox Labs pepper spray to date has been the hottest/most intense spray and it works on contact. The carrier strips the oils and opens the pores allowing the product to work on contact. The low % of oil allows the spray to atomize into a very fine spray.
I talked to a police officer who uses Sabre Red pepper spray. Sabre Red is what he uses on someone who is low on the resistance level. He uses FOX Labs for someone who is dangerous and extremely violent. HE said it has worked every time. If you are looking for a good pepper spray that is legal in all states I would get the Fox Labs 5.3 formula. The quality and effectiveness of this product is unsurpassed by any other product I have seen in use.
