Rating: - Say It Isn't So!
Well, we now know who was killed off. I hate to see her go, but they had been aluding to her being ill in the show for awhile, so the writing was already on the wall. At least the writers gave her a very heroic ending.
The real shocker was the ending!! I don't believe it will be left the way we were led to believe the next season will be, as Gibbs simply wouldn't allow it, despite the new NCIS Director. We Fans wouldn't continue to watch NCIS if they do indeed get rid of Gibb's whole crew and start off with new characters next season. NO WAY!!
What I find really strange about so many of these type shows season endings, is how they all seemed to have gotten together during their lengthy strike and discussed episode season endings, as they were all disasterous and total cliff hangers of a similar nature.
The last scene in Criminal Minds had the main characters in a couple of vehicles, ready to leave, when all of a sudden, they blew up!!
Then, on CSI Miami, at the very end, David Caruso's character, Horatio Caine, was at an airport on the tarmack, when suddenly he was shot. It showed him moving for a few seconds, then he stopped moving as the camera panned in for a closeup of his face, and his eyes were open, as are everyone's when they die.
So, all of the new seasons should be very interesting, to say the least. My biggest concern is for the cast of Criminal Minds. But being an avid soap opera fan, I'm sure they will all be okay. ... Read More
Rating: - Near perfect military character-driven cop show
NCIS is my all time favorite show. A close second is Bones. In September, when they ran those two shows head to head at 8 oclock on Tuesday I decided to wait until the DVD's came out. I'm sure it will be well worth the wait.

What else is there to say about this show...well there is plenty actually...this is simply the best show around I absolutely love it...the humor and the fact that you get to know the characters in this show apposed to other crime scene dramas is what draws me in...I simply cannot get enough of this show...

Season five was interesting, top to bottom. In the middle, of course, was the strike, as well as the news that show chief Don Bellisario was leaving. That may have been good, as it seems to have kept Mark Harmon (Jethro Gibbs) around longer. With two episodes left, we're still waiting to see which of the main characters will be killed. www.tvshowsondvd.com passed along word today that CBS and Paramount have announced an August 26th release date for season five...I'm sure Amazon will begin preorders shortly!

NCIS is a great series. Drama and plenty of humor. Very unique characters, the fact that they are not all "perfect 10's" makes them easier to relate to.
