I was a little concern about this product. I just received the ones ordered and what a surprise!!! Quality is beyond expectations. The base is made out of plastic(or polymer) don't know exactly, but it looks very tough and durable. It installs on the weaver mount on your gun so easily, no need to put pressure to hook it up, like other lasers. To uninstall it, just pressure the 2 switches on the sides and comes out easily.
Laser light is strong, looks like.
I am so pleased and amazed with this beauty, have to try it shooting to see how it works, and get back to compliment this review.
But for now, I recommend this laser

The product arrived on time and without incident.
This is my second laser sight and boy is it the best. In contrast, to the first one I bought, this one is one solid and sturdy part where only battery installation is required. There are also three 'tuning' screws to make fine-tune adjustments with regard to the direction of the laser. Once set, you will not have to worry about making these adjustments again. Furthermore, the three qualities I enjoy most about this guy are: Its compact design, the 'finger switch' vs. 'pressure pad' mechanism used to activate/deactivate the laser and most importantly, the unusually intense and bright laser that is produced (...lets just say the neighbors dog has come to understand [and is now aware of] what the strange red light means and the consequences of barking at me as I arrive to and from my home. The ultrasonic dog chaser did not work. This did!). Warning! You may face criminal charges if caught shooting a dog with a bb gun.

Bought this to try on my Walther P22 (real, not air gun). It mounted on the Weaver rail without any problem but is only held on by spring pressure from buttons on either side. Sighting in was easy using the included hex wrench. Repeatability of zero was even good after dismounting and mounting several times when compared against the gun's sights. Then it was off to the range for firing. The first four rounds at 10 yards hit within a 1" cluster. On the 5th round, the sight flew off of the pistol. The P22 is known to have more recoil than most 22's but I can't recommend this for anything other than air guns because of the spring mounting system.

I was concerned when I read the review claiming that this product doesn't fit a standard Weaver Rail, since I had already ordered the item. It absolutely does fit! It is VERY SNUG, so you need to carefully line it up on the rail. (Perhaps the other reviewer had a Picatinny Rail?)
I have tried this on an Airsoft Walther with a Weaver Rail and on a real Walther P99. This does fit a standard Weaver Rail. The switch is a little cheap and is likely to be the first part to break. But, for Airsoft guns (with a Standard Weaver Rail); it's a great value.

I purchased this product and thought I was getting a good deal out of such a cheap, mountable laser for both rifles and pistols. HOWEVER, after receiving the laser, I tried mounting it on TWO different pistols that I own. NEITHER was able to fit this laser on it. They are both standard size weaver rails, and other accessories, such as flashlights, have fit on them with no problem. For some reason I cant get this cheap laser to clamp on it.
On the positive side, this laser is pretty sturdy, it is easily adjustable, the laser is kinda bright. (Although it has a wide spread for a laser sight.)
Overall, I would recommend this laser to someone who wants to take a chance to see if it'll fit on your rail or not. Otherwise, get a more expensive laser, made out of metal or another harder substance, and a better mounting setup.
