I love this stuff. I take one at 10 AM and am god for the day! No crash, plus the B-vitamins are great for me. I also appreciate the folic acid, that can't hurt either! I recommend this to anyone who experiences an afternoon slump. It does have caffeine, but that is the only caffeine I have in my diet, so I don't let it concern me. I tried this the first time during an 8 hour emergency drive to the South Bay. I had already been up for 24 hours and was concerned about drowsiness at the wheel. I picked one up and figured it couldn't hurt, and I made the drive safely with no drowsiness at all. That sold it for me! One warning- I get very chatty, and have to check myself from babbling too much!

I'm not a coffee drinker at all; in fact coffee does not taste good to me and besides that it doesn't keep me awake. I had very low expectations for this drink after trying Monster and Red Bull, Amped, Starbucks and just about everything else claiming to "boost your energy." Needless to say, it works! My first time taking 5 Hour was a Sunday a 11 p.m; I didn't go to sleep until Tuesday morning! I know that sounds extreme but it's true. Absolutely no crash and I always seem to wake up earlier after I've taken it. A boost of energy that leaves you totally focused. I recommend to all.

I use this in the afternoon to pick me up. I only have to drink 1/2 bottle to do the job. This keeps me with the edge that I need, without the worry of crashing.
