I bought these to replace the earbuds on the alltec headphones and they are AWESOME!

Comply foam eartips are a great upgrade over the stock silicon eartips included with most earphones / IEMs. Where I find that silicon eartips become uncomfortable within 60 minutes (if I'm lucky) or 10 minutes (if I'm not lucky or the eartip fit / design is poor), I've not yet had any comfort issues with the Comply T-500 tips.
One thing to note is that these tips have a tendency to slightly muffle high treble coming out of the earphones. This can be a negative or positive depending on how "bright" the earphone's sound is. The Comply tips also make it much easier to get a good seal in the ear, which is essential for most earphones to get realistic bass response.
(Note: I use black T500s with Ultimate Ears 700 earphones. In this case I found the slight reduction in treble to be a plus.)

These fit perfectly on my Altec Lansing UHP336 earphones, and the sound is wonderful. They are not totally sound isolating, but for a recent flight across the country they enabled me to listen clearly to my iPod while doing a good job of blocking out the baby that was three rows away, and the steady hum of the engines. I totally recommend them - they are used exactly like shooter plugs.

These ear tips are great for sound -- once they're in your ear, the outside noises are nearly imperceptible. Excellent comfort -- I've worn them at work for 4 and 5 hour bursts and haven't felt uncomfortable when I took them out.
The reason that I gave the product four stars was its quality of materials -- while it is comfortable, these tips built up wax more than any other in-ear cover I have ever seen! I've had other in-ear headphone covers before, and of course when you put something into the canal, wax buildup is inevitable; that being said, the buildup right now is a little ridiculous.
All that being said -- If you want comfortable tips that don't hurt your ears and provide excellent sound and (don't care much for the look of the tips), you should look no further, these are great.

I originally bought these foam tip and lost them after using only on pair and had to switch back to the tips that came with my headphones originally and I did not notice that much of a difference... But then when I purchased the tip again, I noticed how much of a difference they made... they canceled out almost all the surrounding noise and formed to my ear canal to give a more comfortable fit, also preventing the headphones from falling out whenever I moved my head excessively....
I would recommend these to everyone, and will continue to use these on my future headphone.....
