If you're looking to get into Airsoft, this is an alright starter vest. Sizing on this will fit just about a men's M-XL. I'm 5'9", and very slim, and I wasn't able to get the width quite thin enough for me. But it fit well enough, although it bounces around a bit while running. The magazine pouches are fairly roomy, although they won't fit larger magazines such as an AK-47 or M16 mag very well. Just about everything on this vest is velcro, which makes it both adjustable and loud. The crossdraw pistol holster can be replaced with 2 more mag pouches, which is good, because the holster doesn't fit most pistols very well, and they tend to come loose from the holster and fall out completely, or flop around as you move. There are a few rows of oversized webbing on the back, but all you can really put there is a hydration carrier, since it's very hard to reach anything mounted there. The other pouches have various applications, the smallest pouches are the right size for a mini-airsoft battery, a speedloader, or whatever else you feel like carrying around. There are also two pistol mag pouches on the very adjustable belt, a feature not mentioned.
Overall: Good for beginners and backyard warz, but serious players will want to either move up to a more modern MOLL-E setup quickly, or skip this vest entirely. I'm keeping this one around for when I bring friends Airsofting with me.
