I am a physician but work in imaging so do not treat patients. I had never heard of a nasal rinse until my husband's doctor told him that the nasal rinses decreased his cold-related business by 50 percent, which the doctor was happy for. One week I was desperate as my nasal passages were so clogged from a cold, and went out to buy this. I could not believe the immediate relief and the rapidity with which the cold subsided after that! Without medicine!
My kids thought the process was disgusting at first, but when they got seasonal allergies, I had them try it. They now choose to do it on their own, without prompting. I think that really says something for how well it works.
The only problem with the Ayr setup is that the cap easily strays into the sink and trash disposal. After a year, I kept buying the sets to replace the caps so that I had three bottles and straws and hundreds of saline packets but no caps! I called the company and asked where to buy a replacement cap. They don't sell them but said they would send me one replacement. I asked for two, but they would only commit to sending one. Well imagine my surprise when I received three cap/straw sets in the mail! Now we can each have our own. Great customer service and a great product. What more can you ask for?

FINALLY, a product that is natural and non-prescription that works! I just purchased this for my 10 year old son about 5 days ago. He suffers from repeated sinusitis requiring antibiotics, steroidal nasal sprays, etc. He also has asthma. Well, this product seems to be helping both the sinusitis and the asthma! And the best thing is that he loves using it because it clears his sinuses so well.

I have allergies and asthma and did not like the side effects of medications and after much research I thought I would give his product a try. It was great and worked wonderful and very easy to use. I highly recommend this product for anyone with severe allergies/asthma this product is a life saver.

it is really economical and many enough in this price.(two packs total).but please check the bottle's size when you buy it, the size is smaller than a normal one. if this point would not be a problem to you, it is really worth to buy.

This will clear you up. Will make you breath awesome if you aren't. Watch out from random nose dripping when bending over though. But seriously you need this or some form of this in your everyday life.
