I'm dependent on oxygen, as I have COPD -- and when my sinuses are severely congested, I don't get enough oxygen ... this formula is the only one of all brands I've tried which keeps my breathing passages open consistently. I have chronic nasal congestion plus a deviated septum and this is the only nasal spray that works for me (and works immediately)when I'm all stuffed up and feel like I can't breathe! Although I probably do use it more often than suggested, possibly 2-3 x a week, I know its relief I can count on. I'm sure they are right when they say it can cause dependence if you use it for too long, or too often. I insist on having it around for those really stuffy days/nights when nothing else seems to work!
