I just started taking these soft-gels today and I have heard that Green Tea really works to help people lose weight. A friend of my Mother's had visited and she had lost an immeasurable amount of weight and she said that she was using the Green Tea diet. Me and my Mother were using the Alli pills and my weight has been yoyo-ing up and down, not really getting anywhere, while hers was gradually going down. I looked and researched on Amazon.com for a good dieting pill that was healthy, that wouldn't have me jittery, and that has a good reputation, so I am trying these pills out right now. I just know that I am not going to take them too late in the day because of the natural caffeine would have me up all night.

I am not sure it is a fat burner. It does help in encrease in energy.
