You will not be able to produce your own DVD. Upon receipt of your photos aVinci will produce the DVD for you. The cost for each DVD is quite high compared to the software. I would not recommend it to anyone who takes pride and pleasure in producing the finish product.

To generic. I did not want to send my pictures off to someone for them to make the DVD. I want to do it. What if I don't like their work? I can do this at a local CVS pharmacy.

I just made my first Photo DVD with pics of my kids. The finished product is priceless and makes me tear up every time. They love to see themselves on TV and watch their DVD over and over. It was so easy. My hubby was amazed that I could do it by myself. I just saw that they also offer a Christmas version: aVinci Media SMG-51-0003 Polar Express DVD Kit I can't wait to see how this one turns out. Thank goodness I found the perfect Xmas gift for the grandparents this year. I LOVE IT!!
